H3Africa projects coordinating
Currently, there are two projects we lead for the H3AbioNet consortium, among others we work with our other partners in the consortium. One is to certified and established our Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) analysis platform via an independent accreditation. This is to certify our node, the CU NIH H3AbioNet node, fit to take part in the H3Africa projects biomedical data analysis. The second is a research project entitled: “Human metabolic network modeling: interpretation and papereditingexpert.com/academic-paper-proofreader simulation”. Specific Aim in this project is to construct/model computational analysis platform(s) using several human metabolic networks (HMNs) for human cells/tissues to enable diagnosis, pharmacology studies and drug targets prediction for specific selected diseases under the H3Africa project. At the moment, three H3Africa-neglected tropical diseases are of interest and look to have priority, namely, Trypanosomiasis, Tuberculosis and Obesity and related cardio-metabolic diseases.
